For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place bets totalling MYR 500 (5 × MYR 100) before you can withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, directly converted to cash, or used to fund another account. Each bonus is valid for one account only. klbet6 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus system abuse is detected, including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, wagering structured to drain bonuses without genuine risk (bonus abuse), or collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
Important Note on Bonuses: Once a bonus is accepted, the associated rollover requirements are activated immediately. Withdrawals made before the rollover requirements are fulfilled will only cover your deposit balance – the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will not be included in that withdrawal.
Each bonus has its own validity period – typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered. The bonus expiry date is clearly displayed in the "Bonus" section of your account profile.
All game outcomes on klbet6 – whether in Sports Betting, slots, roulette, live dealer games, or any other game – are final once recorded by the klbet6 system. klbet6 will not alter game results due to player error, misunderstanding, or technical issues on the player's end (such as internet disruption or a faulty device) that do not affect the integrity of the game itself.
If a technical failure occurs on the klbet6 system during an active game round – such as a server disruption or a loss of connection between the klbet6 platform and the game provider – klbet6 will determine the correct outcome based on available records. If the outcome cannot be conclusively established, the affected bets will be voided and all stakes refunded to the player's account. Winnings resulting from software bugs or unexpected system failures are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
For Sports Betting, any match or event that is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, or not completed in the designated format will be considered void and all stakes will be refunded. Exceptions apply to bets that were already settled prior to the cancellation. Matches that are restarted on a different date (not the same day) will also be treated as a new fixture, and all original bets will be voided.
Every market and bet type on klbet6 has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary by game type, match timing, and the player's VIP tier. The limits displayed on the klbet6 platform at the time a bet is placed are the limits that apply. klbet6 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any market at any time without prior notice, particularly for fast-moving in-play markets.
